Warranty Terms and Conditions


Thank you for purchasing BIK and/or G&V product(s). Product and model mentioned on this guarantee card (excluding accessories) are fully warranted against manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from date of delivery/purchase in accordance with the following terms and conditions;

Notwithstanding the fact that such equipment are manufactured under the highest and strictest technological conditions, usage of the said must be in strict accordance and to instructions as spelt out by the manufacturer (see user’s manual/instruction booklet).

Damage or malfunction arising from failure to store, install and operate according to manufacturer’s recommendation will render the warranty null and void.

  1. Guarantee card MUST be returned to K Box Karaoke System Pte Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “KBKS”) within 10 days from date of purchase and with attach with a Photostat tax invoice for proof of purchase.

  2. All BIK and GV karaoke products must be purchased from KBKS and/or authorized dealer/ reseller in the Republic of Singapore only.

  3. All products must bear proper Model and Series Number, together with Date of Purchase, authorized KBKS and/or authorized dealer/reseller’s company stamp and all particulars in the guarantee card stated MUST be clearly furnished in the Warranty Card. KBKS reserves the right not to provide warranty service should the Purchaser fails to complete all information. Any alteration, erasure, defacement or removal of serial numbers on the product KBKS will void the warranty instantly.

  4. Warranty is only valid for use in the Republic of Singapore and excludes all outlying islands and is not transferable.

  5. Warranty Service will only be rendered during KBKS opening hours and upon presentation of this Warranty Card and Sales Invoice/Delivery Order (upon request). For on-site service during or outside the normal opening hours, this is chargeable during the warranty period. Please contact our Service Center at Tel. 6352 5115 for more details.

  6. KBKS undertakes to repair and/or replace parts including labor, without any charge, if the Product is faulty due to manufacturing defects during the warranty period of 12 months.

  7. All pick-up lens head (for G&V 520 recordable player customer) are subject to 12 months warranty, limited to one (01) replacement and which ever come first. All HDD (Hard disk drive) are fully warranty by local distributor. Please contact our Service Center for more details.

  8. KBKS Service Department shall have the sole discretion to determine if the fault was the result of manufacturing defect or otherwise. Parts replaced become the property of KBKS.

  9. This warranty exclude all transportation costs in the course of collection &/or return the product for repair, servicing, maintenance and etc during/after the warranty period.

  10. Any in/out door service(s) requested for 9 as stated above, would be chargeable at KBKS prevailing
    rates, terms & conditions at the time of request.

  11. This decision of KBKS on all questions relating to defects, workmanship or materials respecting our products should be final and conclusive and the Purchaser hereby agrees to abide by KBKS decision.

  12. This Warranty does NOT cover All infrared / wire microphone and its parts, consumables (e.g. batteries etc) and accessories such as Remote Controllers, panel, all cables, cable clampers, extruded part e.g. levers, plugs, knobs, sockets and other peripherals which may be sold separately by KBKS and/or authorized dealer/reseller.

  13. This warranty DOES NOT covers workmanship arising from installing or dismantling from any overhanging structure, high and risky area(s). All service repair work rendered on KBKS will be performed at ground level only.

  14. Any unauthorized servicing, repairing or tampering with, will automatically nullify the warranty. Under no circumstances must the products sold under KBKS be opened or disassembled by any person not authorized by KBKS.

  15. Purchaser is reminded that due to the fragility to certain of our products, extra care must be exercised in its storage, transportation, installation and usage. The Warranty does not cover human negligence, physical damages such as knocks, shocks, falls, breakage or other non-electrical /electronics mishandling. It also excludes electronic failure due to wrong power connection; power surges caused by inconsistent power supply or lightning hit; power overload and operation under extreme climate (e.g. overheating, high humidity, outdoor) and Acts of God.


EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY LAW, NO OTHER WARRANTY, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, SHALL APPLY TO ALL KBKS PRODUCTS SOLD BY KBKS. KBKS NEITHER ASSUMES NOR AUTHORIZES ANY REPRESENTATIVE OR PERSON TO ASSUME UNDER ALL CIRCUMSTANCES OBLIGATION OR LIABILITY ON ITS BEHALF FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES SUSTAINED IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF ANY KBKS PRODUCTS.
